Minister Jim Muhwezi, the Bujumbura Member of Parliament is back in the cabinet as the new Minister for Information and National guidance, replacing Hon Rose Namayanja.
Mary Karoro is now the new Security Minister replacing Muruli Mukasa who has been dropped from cabinet.
Maria Kiwanuka has been dropped as Minister of Finance and economic planning and replaced by Matia Kasaija.
Abraham Byandala has been replaced by John Byabagambi as minister of works and transport. Byandala is taking on a new role as Minister without Portfolio.
Fred Ruhindi is the new Attorney General replacing Peter Nyombi who has been thrown out.
