Uganda is training its second batch of paratroopers. The training is taking place in Nakasongola.
The first batch of paratroopers trained at the same place in 2009. Sources told our reporter that the paratroopers are training to get airborne fighting skills.
Other skills learnt are battle fitness, field work, leadership principles and paratrooping.
The training is led by the Commander of Special Forces, Col. Muhozi Kainerugaba. Muhozi graduated as a paratrooper in 2008 at the United States Airborne School in Georgia.
