Unidentified criminals have killed a man in Kabonera, Rakai district.

Frank Kasozi was killed on his way back home from Kabonera market where he was coming to buy bananas.

The area residents claim Kasozi was murdered over land wrangles.

The body of Kasozi was discovered along the road by pupils going to school.

It had deep wounds on the head and abdomen. The LCI chairperson of Kabonera LCI Zone, Peter Luwaga confirms the murder.

By the time this story was filed police had not come to take Kasozi’s remains to Rakai district hospital for a postmortem check.
