The First Lady of Uganda, Janet Museveni has said the best way to end the spread of HIV/Aids in Uganda is through prevention.

She says abandoning sex, being faithful to partners and use of condoms are all under prevention.

The First Lady says the use of ARV drugs is expensive and difficult to sustain but prevention is simple to sustain.

She urges Ugandans to trust in God and be faithful to God as the best way to fight HIV/Aids.
