The MP for Makindye West, Hajji Hussein Kyanjo is to inspector schools in his constituency as a move to improve the standard of education.

Kyanjo says his inspection is aimed to urge head teachers to improve their school administrative and academic performance. 

The MP says he wants Makindye West to lead other areas in Primary seven, O-level and A-level examinations.

Addressing a press conference in Makindye West today, Kyanjo warned teachers who defile pupils to stop the vice.

So many teachers in Uganda have been jailed and others are in hiding for defiling pupils and students.
