Uganda shilling has today gained ground against US dollar due to inter-bank sales of the US currency.
Money experts in Kampala say the trend may remain stable through out the week.
At around 9:00am East African time today most commercial banks in Kampala traded Uganda shilling between 2,130 to 2,145 per dollar compared to 2,150 to 2,160 at the end of last week.
Other currencies have remained stable since last week.
