The Woman MP for Soroti district, Alice Alaso has asked the Ministry of Education and Sports to revise the country’s education curriculum.
She wants the ministry to focus more on vocational skills than theories.
Addressing journalists today in Kampala, Alaso criticised the ministry of Education for asking Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) to loosen up on examination rules.
Alaso who is also Uganda’s opposition Shadow minister, says relaxing the rules of education in Uganda would affect the quality of education by producing half baked students and graduands.
