The Parliamentary Pensions Amendments bill of 2010 has been tabled in Parliament today for the first reading.

The Speaker of Parliament, Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi referred this bill to the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee for further scrutiny.

This bill if passed into law will help pensioners to get their money on time.
