The Daily Monitor has today launched its 100 midsized company survey in Kampala. The survey that was inaugurated last year seeks to identify the fastest growing midsized company in the country.
Partnering with audit firm KPMG, Daily Monitor will recognize the country’s 100 best performing businesses in terms of growth and resilience.
The country leader of KPMG, Benson Ndungu says for any company to take part they should have three years audited financial reports, must not be listed on the stock exchange and should not be a bank or an insurance company among other factors.
While the managing director Monitor Publications Ltd, Dr. Gitahi Githinji says the midsized companies are targeted because they are the fastest growing segment.
