Uganda Telecommunication Company popularly known as mango in some circles has joined other telecommunication companies in the country by introducing a 500 shillings airtime card.
Uganda telecom now has airtime card from 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 shillings. It had been the only telecommunication company in Uganda that did not have the 500 shillings airtime card.
Other companies which sell airtime cards from 500 shillings to 20,000 shillings are MTN, Orange Uganda, Warid telecom and Zain Uganda.
The press release from Uganda Telecom today indicated that the 500 shillings airtime card is now available in any part of the country.
“The 500/= airtime card is now available! Go to the nearest Uganda telecom outlet now, and buy 500/= airtime, Uganda Telecom is all about you,” the statement reads in parts.
