The Uganda Red Cross Society has started providing counseling services to the Kampala bomb victims and their families.
The society established its psycho social centre in Kampala last week. The Uganda Red Cross Society says it is out to provide free counseling services to all willing bomb victims and their families.
The Red Cross Society has set up a team of about 55 people who include counselors and psychologists to counsel the bomb victims.
The Secretary General of Uganda Red Cross Society, Michael Nataka says the families and victims of the bomb victims are so traumatized and the society thinks they need counseling. The Red Cross Society team will be counseling the bomb victims from their homes. The bombs hit Kampala on July 11 killing over 78 people and scores injured.
