Management of National Water apologies to a customer over service disconnection

The management of the National Water and Sewerage Corporation has apologized to a customer for an inconvenience caused by the disconnection of her water service.

On Thursday last week a National Water and Sewerage Corporation customer wrote in newspapers a letter entitled “National Water should be clear about what they want”.

The customer complained that her water supply had been disconnected by National Water yet she had paid through the bank.

The Public Relations officer of National Water, Gloria Namugera says the management of National Water apologies to the customer for the inconveniences caused by the disconnection.

In a news statement today, Namugera further wished to advise National Water and Sewerage Corporation customers who pay their bills through the bank to ensure that while filling out the bank slips they are mindful of the details on the invoice especially the customer’s name, number and reference.
