The payment of court costs to former MP for Lubaga South, John Ken Lukyamuzi aka ‘the man’ is still hanging in balance after the Speaker of Parliament, Edward Sekandi distanced itself from responsibility of making the payments.

Lukyamuzi in March 2010 won his case for wrongful dismissal from Parliament against the Inspector General of Government after the former MP failed to declare his income and liabilities as per the leadership code Act 2002.

Ssekandi says it is the office of Attorney General which is supposed to pay Lukyamuzi and not Parliament.
