The wave of new information and communication technologies is going to be evident in Uganda’s forthcoming 2011 general elections, with the first major sign being the online display of the voters register.
The Uganda Electoral Commission has started the public display of the voters Register ahead of the 2011 Uganda general elections. Voters are being encouraged to check whether their names exist and are properly spelt in the Uganda national voters Register.
The voter register is currently being displayed at different polling stations across the country, and online . Below you can check the PDF of your stations by first selecting your district, constituency, Sub-county, Parish and then your specific poling station to access the list of registered voters per polling stations.
The contacts of the Electoral Commission head office and their offices in the different districts are here.
