Scholarship to work on molecular and structural biology of macromolecular complexes implicated in kidney cancer in Prof Sir Tom Blundell’s laboratory
Job Description: A Masters’ studentship is available from 1st January 2011 or soon after to work on molecular and structural biology of macromolecular complexes implicated in kidney cancer in Prof Sir Tom Blundell’s laboratory. The successful applicants will work on biochemical and biophysical characterisation of Folliculin and its interacting partners; proteins involved in a key signalling pathway. Basic laboratory skills such as gene cloning and protein purification are desirable.
