The Buganda Road Court has given the state a last chance to produce witness to testify in case against the opposition members who protested against the sale of part of Mabira forest.
This was after prosecution led by Pascal Bakibinga asked court for more time to bring its four remaining witness.
Prosecution accuses Kitgum woman MP Beatrice Atim Anywar and 26 others of participating in the anti-Mabira give away riot that took place in Kampala in April 2007.
The case has been in court for more than three years and has so far been handled by four magistrates.
Buganda road court Grade 1 magistrate Francis Dawa Matenga has adjourned the hearing until the 21st of December2010.
