The speaker of parliament Edward Sekandi was forced to order the security minister Amama mbabazi out of the house this morning because of not observing the dress code .
This was after the opposition chief whip Kassiano Wadri kasiano moved a point of order complaining of mbabazi’s dressing.
Mbabazi was dressed in a kitengi with a trouser (pants). According to parliamentary rules of procedure all male mps are supposed to dress in suits and a tie.
Mbabazi rushed out and later came back in the chambers dressed in shirt while putting on a yellow tie and a navy blue court.
