Opposition MPs are now demanding the balance of the UGX.2.8 billion which was requested to organize the swearing in ceremony of the president this Thursday.

According to Goefrey Ekanya, the state had invited 33 heads of state who are not coming noting that basing on the information from the internal affairs ministry only seven (7) heads of state have confirmed attending and now wants the money which was accounted for the huge number to be returned.

Ekanya has tasked the public accounts committee to start investigating the matter before this money is swindled.
