The process of approving the 75 appointed ministers kick off Tuesday this week by the parliamentary Appointments committee.
This was confirmed by the parliaments’ Public Relations officer Hellen Kawesa while addressing journalists at parliament.
She said that the scrutiny of the ministers CVs and experience will begin at 10 Am in the committee that shall be chaired by the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga.
She said that the committee will handle five ministers in every one hour and it will begin with the first Deputy prime minister who is in charge of East African Affairs Eriya Kategaya , second prime ministers who is the minister of public service Henry Muganwa Kajura, the third Deputy Prime Minister who is the deputy leader of government Business in parliament Moses Ali, minister for security Muluri mukasa and the minister for presidency Kabakumba Masiko.
Kawesa said that the vetting will be completed by Wednesday this week.
