As Uganda awaits the first state of the national address under President Yoweri Museveni fourth term that is slated for Monday next week, a cross section of the public are spreading out some of the expectations.
The state of the national address precedes the reading of the national annual budget and is made by the president.
Like many Ugandan women entrepreneurs are hoping that the president will throw some more light on the issue of oil exploration that was discovered in the Albertan lake region in western Uganda Hoima district.
