The reports from Sembabule district have indicated that the National Agriculture Advisory Services (NAADS) program in Sembabule has been abused by the program administrators.

According to the petition the farmers in Rwebitakuli Sub County have filed with the District Resident Commissioner, Kamala Bayeya, the farmers have not received the required farm tools as promised.

Farmers say the NAADS Coordinator, Patrick Balikuddembe made them sign in concession that they had received the farm implements and seeds but he only delivered the seeds.

However, Balikuddembe says that someone who was given the tender to supply the tools failed to procure them but he has contracted another supplier.

Balikuddembe asks the farmers to be patient as the new supplier procures the tools.
