The former Kampala Mayor, Hajj Nasser Ntege Sebagala has said he is still hopeful President Museveni will appoint him for another ministry.

While talking at the funeral rites of his father Late Hajj Shaban Sebagala at his ancestral home in Kisasi on June 12, Sebagala said he has never been miserable in life and he does not think Allah has put him aside.

Al-Hajj Nasser Ntege Sebagala, the heir of Mzee Sebagala says that when the President appointed him as Minister without Portfolio new how useful he is to the country and the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party adding that President Museveni will not allow that usefulness to become wasted because of the shortsightedness of the appointments committee.

Sebagala was blocked by the appointments committee from becoming the Minister Without Portfolio on grounds of incredibility after the US government criminalized him for fraudulent acts and partly due to his poor expression in English language.
