The new minister for economic monitoring, Henry Banyenzaki says that he is ready to vehemently fight corruption as well as closely monitor all govt programmes right from the grass root.

He says that fighting corruption is still number one target for government to have a corruption free society .

Speaking to the press today, Banyenzaki says most govt programmes have failed to bear fruits due to poor management by those in charge which has greatly contributed to the slow growth economic growth of the country.

However, he pledges to fight land wrangle cases which have turned to be a very massive problem in the country.
