High court in Kampala today has adjourned a hearing of an election petition by Kasibante Moses against Singh Malwaha Paminda due to absence of Singh claiming to have suffering from abdominal discontent.
According to the medical forms presented by Singh’s lawyer Dr James Akampumuza from AAR hospital at Acacia Avenue, Singh is suffering from abdominal discontent and was recommended by doctors to perform light duties.
In responding to Akampumuza’s excuse, Justice Kibuuka Musoke adjourned the case to 15th Wednesday June 2011 to enable Singh attend and warns not to entertain such lousy excuses saying every one move with discontent.
In commenting to Singh’s excuse, Kasibante’s Lawyer Medard Lubega Ssegona says it is meaningless because it was expected.
