Orange telecom has launched yet another product called My Office which it says is a new unified communications solution designed for small businesses, Soho’s and professionals that is efficient, secure and simple to use.
According to the company’s media manager Sharon Kuku, this innovative solution aims at enhancing colleagues and partners’ ability to work and share information in a secured way as it relies on the strength of cloud-computing.
She explains that My Office manages emails, contacts, calendar all on one screen and also includes web-hosting and company domain name registration thus promoting a more professional image of companies on the Internet and have higher chances of linkages and partnerships.
Kuku adds that My Office also provides up to 4 GB of personal storage for documents, images, sound and video files where a person can exchange text messages instantly and send files of up to 1G during a conversation to multiple users.
She says My Office groups professional services normally used by large corporations, at a price that is affordable by small businesses, adding that this innovation gives an opportunity to colleagues to work remotely and communicate with their company as if they were in the office.
