Youths in the ruling party, NRM are attacking the president for over concentration of powers leaving his ministers with almost no power to handle issues concerning the nation a thing they term as Musevenism.
According to the youth national coordinator for the party, Sewava Serubiri, the act by the president to meet every group of people who have grievances with the way the government is handling issues undermines powers of ministers. Serubiri says that all these groups are playing with the president.
He also mentions that it is hard for the local masses to access ministers than the president attributing the inaccessibility to the long process. He says it is upon this matter that he wants ministers to resign if they cannot serve the local populace.
NRM youth at the same time criticise the recent held Rwakitura retreat saying it was of no use for the president to meet the MPs from his home.
