The Kabarole district boss Richard Rwabuhinga has ordered for the immediate demolition of the Kibiito war veterans’ maize mill store which was contracted by the MIGHTY CONTRACTORS on grounds of shoddy work.

Last week, the veterans’ petitioned the office of the district chairperson saying that their store was being poorly constructed and that there was no value for money.

Rwabuhinga who made a spot visit to the site confirms that the building was indeed poorly constructed and has instructed the district’s works department to inspect and make a survey report about the building.

This is the second building to be demolished on grounds of shoddy work after the demolition of a Ventilated pit latrine at Butebe county headquarters.

Rwabuhinga has pledged to black list all incompetent contractors in the district and challenged all members of the public to monitor government programs since they are the immediate beneficiaries.
