MP Medard Bitekyerezo appeal to medical practitioners in Uganda

The mp for Mbarara municipality Medard Bitekyerezo has advised medical practitioners to be innovative and kind as they carry out their work.

Speaking to journalists at parliament Bitekyerezo said that doctors have to unite and come up with something that can help Ugandans to get better services.

He said that medical workers are trained to be passionate and by coming up with private hospitals in the country will be one way of improving services. He says that Uganda has limited resources and therefore its only doctors in this country that can help people in the country.

He says that government should encourage Ugandans who are willing to put up hospitals in order to improve health services. He says that doctors must unite and build hospitals which can compete with government hospitals in order to have improved health services in the country.

He says that starting up small clinics will not help Ugandans like coming up with a body that can construct a big hospital.
