As the Rwenzori diocese celebrates its golden Jubilee, a lot of challenges have been realized ranging from social economical spiritually among others according to Bishop Reuben Kisembo.
The bishop decries the ever increase moral decadence, sexual immorality, corruption, excessive drinking of alcohol among other drugs among believers.
He reveals that the prosperity among believers has been hindered by the low income and standards of education that have failed to compete with the other sectors of the world.
Bishop Kisembo observes the need for the church to continue preaching the gospel and offer services to Christians so as to eradicate these crimes and calls upon Christians to change their minds, focus on God and how to develop the diocese.
Hundreds of Christians yesterday flocked Rwenzori Diocese to kick start convention ahead of the golden jubilee to be celebrated under the theme “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you”.
