The woman Member of Parliament for Ibanda District Margaret Kiboijana called for investment in Goats milk production.

She says goats milk tests good and if its invested in can help the farmers produce this milk for local and international market consumption and improve on their income and nutrition.

She says that this project is worth because goats are easy and cheap to rare compared to cows for low income people especially those in poverty stricken areas.

She also calls government to allocate more funds for Dairy Development Authority.

MP kiboijana says that the Dairy Development Authority should be focused on to empower the National Economy because it has proved to better source of the revenue to the government.

She says that the Dairy Development Authority contributes 13% to national economy per year.
