Bedridden former Kampala mayor, John Sebaana Kizito is in deep stress now days following the reported disappearance of his land titles.

Sebaana aged 79 is currently paralyzed and cannot walk or stand anymore. Sources at his home in Gaba inform us that the former mayor’s land titles and property have started disappearing.

Sebaana has now reportedly called Kyadondo South MP, Issa Kikungwe, lawyer Sam Muyizzi and his adopted child Sulaiman Kidandala, who is now a councilor representing Kawempe at KCCA to help him probe the disappearance of his land titles.

Sources say that Sebaana suspects that some wrong elements in his family are using the maids to lift some of his land titles. Even if Sebaana is a rich man, none of his relative is staying with him. He is being looked after by the pals who have Democratic Party links.

Sebaana’s wife and his children live abroad. Sebaana wants Muyizzi and group to place caveats on his land titles such that no one transfers them to other names without his (Sebaana’s) consent. We are informed that much of the land titles Sebaana claims they have disappeared are of land he owns in rural areas.
