Although he is a state minister in charge of Regional Affairs, Asuman Kiyingi has been described as a servant by the leaders of NRM.
Kiyingi has been termed as a servant after he accused Kampala Central MP, Mohammad Nsereko on NBS TV yesterday of fighting the ruling party.
Nsereko in retaliation has told off minister Kiyingi that he is not supposed to talk anything related to NRM because he is an independent MP in the ninth parliament.
Nsereko says that people like Kiyingi misguide president Museveni to think that anyone who criticizes NRM is a rebel.
MP Nsereko says that he will continue to criticize the ‘bad’ policies of the ruling government until they are collected.
