Unlike many Uganda ’s MPs who want to stay in parliament until they die, the Kyadondo East MP Hajji Ibrahim Semujju says he doesn’t want another term in the August house.
Semujju has told his political pals at parliament that he wants to retire from politics and concentrate on managing his businesses including the weekly observer newspaper and a farm in Mbiriizi on Mbarara Masaka road.
Semujju has been quoted by his pals as saying that ‘he is now looking for a suitable person to replace him as MP come 2016.’
Semujju replaced FDC National chairman, Sam Njuba as MP for Kyadondo East constituency in Wakiso district.
