Rwandair to acquire new codes

Rwandair is preparing to get new flying codes. The air company has been sharing codes with AirUganda. Under international air transport regulations it is allowed two or more air transport companies to share codes.

Rwandair is acquiring new codes because it wants to achieve its expansion plan. The Rwandaair company has been connecting from Entebbe to Kigali three times a day. But it now wants to extend its services to Brazzaville, Libreville, Lagos, Dubai, Juba, Cairo, Johannesburg and Kinshasha in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We have been told Rwandair will get own codes in April this year. Air Uganda head of sales, Jennifer Musiime has also confirmed that their company has information that Rwandair is soon getting own codes.
