It looks like this is Iryn Namubiru’s time. After winning top honours at the PAM awards for 2011, and releasing more than three songs, Namubiru we hear is building three million shillings pad in Kabowa in Lubaga division, Kampala.

The eight bed-roomed pad has a fully equipped music studio, garage, small swimming pool, and a tennis court is under way.

The ‘Birowoozo byoyo eyagenda natadda’ star seems to be walking while her short nose is lifted up because she has joined a group of few female musicians who have constructed expensive pads in Kampala.

Although some people claim that Namubiru has got the cash from music, others suspect that much of her money is from her French hubby.
