Ugandans are next to Nigerians in conning Europeans and Americans billions of Euros and United States dollars. Ugandans know that Americans and Europeans want to sale homosexuality and lesbianism in Africa. But most governments in Africa are against homosexuality. So many Ugandans flee to USA and to Europe claiming that they are being persecuted by the government because they are homosexuals.

As usual the Europeans and Americans feel touched and embrace them. Some Ugandans bribe the press to publish some reports that so and so has fled the country because he was facing charges related to homosexuality. Originally hundreds of Ugandans were fleeing to Europe and America under disguise that the government is planning to kill them. One of Ugandans who is in USA now tells us that Europeans and Americans welcome and give support to people who have fled Uganda due to persecution over homosexuality.

The same groups of Ugandans who flee to Europe and USA that they are persecuted because they are homosexuals, they preach against homosexuality when they return home. Here in Uganda, many youth who in their hearts hate homosexuality camouflage as homos and swindle millions of dollars from Europeans.
