The Scholarships are awarded to new full-time students enrolling on masters courses in September of the academic year 2012/13. Candidates may not under any circumstances defer take-up of a scholarship until a later date.The de Rohan Scholarship is awarded for full-time or part-time tuition fees. If you receive an award/awards from other sources which cover all your tuition fees, you will not be eligible for a Scholarship. All Scholarships are for a period of one year only and the scholarships do not include a maintenance grant.
The de Rohan Scholarship is for UK,EU and International students to pursue MA in History, English or Creative Writing at Oxford Brookes University, UK

Eligibility:
- You must have accepted a place on a full-time or part-time master’s course at Oxford Brookes University, ie a course leading to an MA,. You must be a new full-time masters student starting your course in September of the 2012/13 academic year.
- The Scholarship Scheme is normally open to UK, EU and International students.
- You should have, or expect to obtain, a good honours degree or equivalent from a recognised institution of higher education, or have experience which demonstrates appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard.
- Candidates receiving awards from other sources of funding which cover all their tuition fees will not be eligible for a de Rohan Scholarshop; eligibility is not affected by funding covering maintenance costs.
