Justice Catherine Bamugemereire of theAnti   Corruption Courthas stopped Bad Black’s lover, city socialite Meddie Ssentongo from interfering with witnesses.

Sentongo and Bad Black are facing fraud charges at theAnti-Corruption   Courtover mismanagement of 20 billion shillings. Justice Catherine Bamugemereire granted Sentongo bail today on condition that he will be rearrested if he interferes with witnesses.
Justice Catherine Bamugemereire says that Ssentogo’s bail would be cancelled and be remanded to Luzira prison if he threatens witnesses, as the prosecution had feared.

Prosecution says that Bad Black and her lover Ssentongo between October 2010 and February 2011 in Kampala conspired and defrauded Daveshan Development of U$9m.

Bad Black is also individually charged with alleged embezzlement if 11 billion shillings from the same Company during the time she was the director.

Ssentongo was granted cash bail of five million shillings while his three sureties are to execute a non cash bond of 20 million shillings.

Justice Catherine Bamugemereire also ordered Sentongo to deposit his land titles for Kyadondo Block 221 plot 1366 and another land title on Block 379 plot 1105 in court.
