The websites of Uganda government ministries are in danger following intelligence reports indicated that hackers based in USA, Nigeria, and Europe and in Kampala have a plot to load unauthorized information on them.  According to the intelligence briefing in Kampala, the hackers want to load anti Israel,USA, pro Iran information, and pro Palestine news and anti NRM information on the official websites of Uganda government.

A source in security told us that the hackers want to post pictures of political enemies of president Museveni’s regime and the enemies ofUSAandIsrael.

But this is not new in Uganda. The hackers have been posting pictures of opposition leaders in Kampala and photographs of Adolf Hitler with a Nazi party symbol on his chest.

Some of the government websites that have been used by the hackers to post unauthorized information include State House website, Ministry of Defence website, and the website of the ministry of works. The hackers disorganizing Uganda government websites have been identifying themselves as Kaka Argentine and the “Ayyildiz team.”
