An intelligence report by the Chieftaincy of Military intelligence (CMI) has advised president Museveni and his government to create more jobs for unemployed youths in order to reduce their involvement in strikes, crimes and demonstrations.

The report signed by one of the directors of CMI in charge of economic monitoring indicates that Uganda/government stands to lose in future if the rate at which demonstrations go on.

The report dated March 28^th indicates that the demonstrations are about to become chaotic and fatal in case the problem of unemployment is not vigorously looked into. We hear the report has already reached the president’s office.
