Ugandans are suave and debonair. The governmnet recently made a law that allows it to tap peoples’ private conversations forgetting that Ugandans are some of the wisest people in Africa next to Nigerians.
Ugandan businessmen have imported highly sensitive devices that make it impossible for government security agencies to tap someone’s phone conversation.
When the government is tapping your phone, that phone can easily be seen by the user. Those phones being tapped seem to have trouble shutting it off, or it stays lit up after one has powered it down. That phone sometimes lights up when you aren’t making or receiving a call, or using any other function. One holding a phone being trapped regularly hears odd background noises or clicks whenever she or he is making or receiving a call.
However the new devices being sold secretly to only trusted and known people in opposition makes it a task impossible/tiresome for Uganda security agencies to tap someone’s phone. How to use the device!
Insert a Micro card VE whenever making a private call (deemed sensitive). We are told that the VE card use military grade encryption of voice with 547 bits of keys long. It can be inserted in any phone that accepts memory card. Other people install a voice disguiser in their phones whenever they are making calls.
