It seems no pal in the world can be trusted. We reported a story last week on these pages that Apollo Kasami’s ex, Clare Grace Katima was accused of disorganizing the marriage of Enock Barata, a business consultant in town. And so Enock’s wife filed for divorce at the family division of the High Court.

The pals to Clare Grace called us back and gave our snoops a property account of how the whole saga started. They said that Enock when he fell in love with Clare Grace, they went to China for holidays. From China, the two lovebirds went to Malaysia to do shopping for the business they set up opposite Kiira Road police station in Kampala.

Enock’s family members, however, were not in support of the business because before it was intended to be a business for the official wife. So afterwards the family members questioned the sister of Clare Grace called Christo Kabajwara Byaruhanga who works with Price Coopers Nairobi why she was bringing her sister Clare to disorganize Enock’s home. Enock is a cousin to Byaruhanga, Christo’s husband.

The pals also said that it was Christo who brought Clare to Enock because she brought her in her homes and Clare hooked Enock. It is said that after people questioning Christo, she said it was too late for Clare to surrender Enock because the sister knew who Clare was when she hooks a man. Afterwards Clare went with Enock to Rwanda in March this year to play Golf.

When the official wife questioned Enock, he vacated his home on Entebbe road and he no longer stays with his home. According to sources, people now see Enock and Clare Grace at night in hotels. So after vacating his home, Enock filed for divorce. The case is registered as No 15 OF 2012 at the High Court and afterwards the wife replied the divorce case by telling Enock that all the property they have made together should be put in her names and the wife sued Clare for eloping with her husband and using witchrafts on seducing him to leave his home.

Now Enock himself has not replied his wife’s suit. Family members of Enock have also met three times talking about how they could safe Enock’s family issues but they have failed. One family member was also overheard as telling her colleagues in the meeting that she knows Clare right from Makerere University as being scandalous.
