You may not know, your best friends and doctors might have told you, but some foods are not good for human consumption. Leave alone talks that all times of foods were created to be eaten. Even if you prepare them well, still some types of foods remain not good for human consumption.

Basing on this, our news desk decided to bring to you the types of foods that are not good for human consumption. Try as much as possible to eliminate diary products from your diet as they encourage the production of mucus that plugs your airways.

For the same reason, stay away from too much sugar consumption, junk foods and consumption of fried and refined foods.

Don’t eat foods that contains additives or preservatives i.e. processed foods, dried or smoked foods and salad bars, which often sprayed with preservatives for example tetrazzini (meaning yellow dye number 5), red dye, sulfites, benzoates and monosodium glutamate.

Too much acid in the body causes inflammation which leads to pain.  Also you may avoid red meat, eggs, saturated fats, oil, fried foods, sugar, diary products, refined carbohydrates, foods high in gluten like breads, pasta, and pastries, alcohol, caffeine, night shade vegetables-tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant and peppers-contains a substance called SOLANINE which causes arthritis so eliminate this foods too.
