In this second part of steaming we have brought to you ways of how you can steam in a healthier manner.
Bend over the steam with a towel or piece of cloth covering your body so that the body absorbs the steam.
The heat from the steam improves blood circulation. This is healthy because it maintains cardiovascular fitness; and a regular steam bath improves your immune system.
It enhances the development of antibodies which have properties that fight cancerous cells. It induces perspiration, and it also helps to unblock the clogged pores.
