High blood pressure doesn’t usually produce symptoms. If however you experience any of the following see a medical doctor: recurring headaches, dizziness, unexplained sweating, nosebleed, visual disturbances, and shortness of breath, flushed cheeks, and ringing in the ears.
Treatment of high blood pressure
Eating a diet high in fibre is an excellent way to control or reverse high blood pressure. Your meal should be based around fresh, raw vegetables, soya products, whole grain e.g. oats, beans, nuts and seeds.
Dehydration increases the risk of hypertension, so drink a glass of clean water, increase on consumption of potassium from apples, asparagus, cabbage, oranges, bananas, kelp and alfalfa, onions and garlic. All these have been shown to bring pressure down.
