The bad blood that have been flowing in Democratic Party (DP) factional members seems to have been put on halt following the by election campaigns of the party’s secretary general Mathias Nsubuga.

All rival factions in DP were fully available in the nomination of their candidate. And it has been almost a year since the DP members Nambooze Betty, Mathias Mpuuga, Norbert Mao, Denis Mukasa Mbidde and Muwanga Kivumbi shared a tent in the name of DP.

But they all seemed to be comfortable with one another during the nomination of Mr Nsubuga in Lwengo district last week.
