The following are the signs and symptoms of hepatitis B. Over 95% of hepatitis B patients don’t show signs.
A few patients will develop symptoms in the acute phase of infection, which may include fever, yellowing of the eyes, headache, joint pains and vomiting.
It may be mistaken for malaria but in most cases, these symptoms will disappear on their own. But this doesn’t mean that the virus is gone. Also note that a few patient die in the acute phase.
