Cluster headaches are different type of headache characterised by painful one-sided headaches that usually occur in clusters of several headaches in a short period of time.  Also note that there may be no headaques for weeks or some months.

Another category of headache is attention headache. Attention headache are caused by muscular tension and it is characterised by sensation of a tight band around the head, pressure or throbbing anywhere in the head and the neck, tension in the neck or the shoulder. Cluster and attention headaches are the most headaches people experience. They’re more prevalent than even the common cold.

The vast majority of headaques are caused by tension in the muscles of the headed shoulders and the neck, fatigue, allergies [food or environmental], sinusitis, rain, poor posture and spinal misalignment especially of the neck and the jaw.
