To be considered for a Cornerstone Scholarship Charitable Trust you must:

1. Be African-American and disadvantaged
2. Have a high school education
3. Plan to attend a major college or vocational school
4. Have a letter of admission
5. Have roots in the State of Arkansas and/or Parents/Grandparents were plaintiffs in the Mauldin vs. AR. State Hospital Lawsuit
6. Be a citizen of the U.S.
7. Be between the ages of 17-25

Application deadline: June 30 annually
