It has been discovered today that the Uganda electoral commission’s election exercises lacks fairness, accuracy, truth and justice. The discovery has been discovered today at Buyonga Poling Station in Kisekka Sub County in Lwengo (Bukoto South) in greater Masaka district when the presiding Officer, identified as Fred Ssemanda Omoding was arrested for allegedly giving voters two ballot papers already ticket in favour of NRM candidate, Alintuma Nsambu.

The Police commander for Lwengo district, Jonathan Boroza confirmed the arrested of Mr. Semanda and said that he was also found with other 200 ticket ballot papers in his trouser.

The presiding officer is now being held at Kinoni Police Station as investigations into his case continues. The Electoral Commission chairman, Dr Badru Kiggundu and Police Chief, Lt. Gen Kale Kayihura asked the people to forgive Semanda as the police investigates his fate.
